Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Is shipping really free on every order?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on every single order with no minimum spend. We believe great natural soap should be accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@trybella.co.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International customers may be responsible for any local import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return the item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@trybella.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid returns label within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
What if my soap arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately at no cost to you.
About Our Soaps
What are the soaps made from?
All Trybella soaps are cold-pressed using a base of coconut oil, olive oil, and shea butter, with plant-based botanical extracts and essential oils for fragrance. We never use parabens, sulphates, synthetic fragrances, or palm oil.
Are your soaps vegan?
Yes — all Trybella soaps are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and all ingredients are plant-derived.
What is the difference between Home and Away?
Each country has two bars: the Signature (Home) is a full-size 120g bar ideal for everyday home use, giving approximately 25–30 washes. The Travel bar (Away) is a compact 60g bar perfect for travel or as a gift.
How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap on a well-draining soap dish between uses and away from direct water spray. This helps it last longer. Avoid storing in a sealed container as natural soap needs to breathe.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption.
